Another work week starts in less than 12 hours and i am pumped. This week is going to kick ass for a few reasons:
-it's only a 4 day week
-finished what i was doing on Thursday afternoon, so that means tomorrow should be smooth for me
-Clutch New Years Eve show is going to blow my mind
-I still had a week's vacation saved up, and it's too late to take it now, so i just told them to reimburse me on this weeks check. Mighty excited about that, as is my bank account

I've had a lot of thoughts running through my mind lately, and i'm not sure if i want to put them on here or just keep them to myself. We'll see how things pan out

I do know one thing though: i wish people would figure out what's best for themselves for once, instead of going through situations knowing that it's not going to work out in the long-run, especially when they deserve better.

Anyways, i picked up a Kindle along with a $50 Amazon giftcard as one of my gifts this year, and i'm loving every second of it. I do enjoy the physical pages and 'natural' feel of a physical book, but being able to store books/music on here at a fraction of the cost is great. I'm sure i'll still buy certain books in physical form, but definitely not as often. I'm trying to figure out if it's sad that this is my favorite gift or not, but i will take this over my axe shower set, that's for sure.

The guy i mentioned in my last post, Rod Hamdallah, put on a great show Saturday night at Nik's Place. It was good to get out of the house, have a few beers, and listen to good music
